Universal Music LLC

Main Japanese branch of Universal Music Group.

Established as ポリグラム株式会社 or PolyGram Kabushiki Kaisha (PolyGram K.K.) in April 1990, then renamed ユニバーサル ミュージック株式会社 (Universal Music K.K.) in July 1999.
In January 2009, it merged into ユニバーサル ミュージック合同会社 (Universal Music LLC), originally established in October 2008.
