Enja Records Matthias Winckelmann GmbH

German record company originally part of the Enja Records label founded in 1971 with Horst Weber. This is one of the two labels / companies for Enja after the owners in 1986 began to work individually (the other company is Enja Records Horst Weber GmbH). This arrangement continued for a quarter-century until the catalogs were reunited; Weber died in 2012. Separate companies remain and are still located in Munich, Germany, owned for the next decade by Matthias Winckelmann, who died in 2022.
