Vinyl pressing plant established in 1980 by the father and son team of Bill and Kevin Smith (President). Pressed 7", 10", and 12" vinyl records.
Up until circa 1991, LP pressings were manufactured with one single 2.875" (73 mm) diameter ring. Around 1991, the plant upgraded from hand presses to automated presses, with these new presses producing a smaller ring closer to the spindle hole. The hand presses were still used afterwards on some select pressings.
7" pressings usually have a 32mm inner ring and are dipped at 45 mm and 60 mm.
Acquired by , effective June 1, 2016. Subsequently, all equipment was moved to the their plant in Nashville.
