Export / distribution company established by Electric & Musical Industries Ltd. (EMI), operating between 21st May 1954 to the 22nd Aug 1968. In 2013, the company was renamed Parlophone Music International Services Ltd., and then, in 2020, Warner Music Artist Services International Limited, which is tasked with creating international editions in Europe for the global Warner Music Group.

The roots of the company were initially founded as the Twin Record Company Ltd. by the on the 23rd June 1910, specifically to operate its budget label .
