Western Breed Records
The Western Breed Records was an American independent punk/hardcore label established by [a=Cedric Bixler-Zavala] and [a=Beto O'Rourke], co-founders of the Foss band. The label released a dozen of seven-inch records and cassettes between 1993 and 1998, including [r=3631674] split of [a=Tü Edge] (the band that featured [a=Ben Rodriguez], who briefly played with ATDI in 1996–97, expelled mid-tour for bullying local artist and musician, [a=Julio Venegas] (1972—1996), to commit suicide), the sole [r=9335229] demo tape by [a=Dregtones], another Cedric's early band with an artwork drawn by Venegas, and two debut [a=At The Drive-In] singles — [m=275267] and [m=333386] — and the posthumous [r=1342860] 7" split of Bixler's short-lived project, [a=The Fall On Deaf Ears], which only recorded several songs before 17-year-old bassist [a=Laura Beard] and guitarist [a=Sarah Reiser] died in a car accident.
