Celluloid Phonograph Cylinder production label founded by William Messer (former employee of [url=http://www.discogs.com/label/587908-Lambert-Indestructible-Record]Lambert Company[/url]) active 1906-1922. The label was produced by the following a corporate reorganization in June, 1917, and continued until a fire destroyed company offices and its pressing plant on October 10, 1922.
