Foremost a distributor for electronic music in Germany, they also did export for their exclusive labels and distributed foreign labels in the German marketplace.
Neuton was established in 1993 and It went out of business in December 2008.
The company also ran a label under the name Neuton (LC 1442 /LC 01442) , as well as other labels like MOFA Schallplatten, Exacta.udio and Neuton Music.
Since 2001 they also took care about publishing matters with their brand Future Classics Publishing.
