In the Netherlands, the label was run by . In 1994 BMG acquired 50% of the Dutch affiliate, until 2001, when 75% of the operations were sold to . In 2004. EMI acquired the remaining 25% and discontinued the label. After the collapse of EMI in 2012, the label was revived in 2013 by .
