The registered company ODS Business Services A/S (also referred to as ODS Scandinavia) was located in Copenhagen, Denmark. This company was established after Optical Disc Service GmbH (), based in Dassow, Germany acquired , a leading Scandinavian optical media service provider, in late 2004.

After the insolvency and closure of the flagship Dassow manufacturing plant in 2007, ODS Business Services A/S announced a partnership with [l=Dicentia] in February 2008 where Dicentia would provide manufacturing services to ODS, but ODS Business Services A/S appears to have been absorbed into Dicentia soon afterward.
