[b]1971[/b] to [l=Kinney Music (Pty) Limited].
[b]November 1972[/b] it was renamed to [l=WEA Records Pty. Limited] and opened their first own sales and distribution operation throughout Australia.
[b]19 November 1990[/b] it was renamed [l=Warner Music Australia Pty. Limited]

In the first half of the 1980s there was a related company . Stock of generic company sleeves with this name were used through the 1980s and as late as 1991.
