In 1975 Joseph sold 75% of his interests to the Granada Group. This part was acquired in 1977 by Marshall Cavendish Ltd, who also bought the rest of Joseph's interest. it was brought into Logo Records, that reissued the back catalog with the new cat# prefix TRAL >TRAnsatlantic & Logo.
In the 80s Geoff Hannington became single owner of Logo Records
