NYC Dance/Old School Hip Hop/Freestyle label created by [a=Fat Boys] manager [a=Charles Stettler] in 1987. Distributed by [l=PolyGram] (originally having a [l=Polydor] logo on its labels, later releases were distributed through [l=Mercury]).

The label was shut down by 1991 after the Fat Boys were dropped from PolyGram's US artist roster.
