other
British downtempo electronic label.
In 1993, [a=A Man Called Adam]'s [a=Sally Rodgers] and [a=Steve Jones (3)] left label [l=Big Life] and went into partnership with long time friend and founder of the design company [a=The Unknown (20)] (aka Steve 'Jaffa' Gribbin), to form the company [l=Other Records Ltd.] and its label [l=Other].
Also affiliated is the studio [l=Other, Gospel Oak, London].
Whilst the label stopped its main activities in 1999, a couple of AMCA projects have been released since then, including the "[l=Collected Works (2)]" (2010-2011) releases, and ones surrounding the album "[r=13312374]" (2019).
