
Reeves Soundcraft Corp.
Recording and manufacturing company, founded by Hazard Earle Reeves, Jr. (July 6, 1906 – December 23, 1986) in 1946; manufacturer of the [b]Soundcraft[/b] lines of acetate recording discs and audio tape. Reeves Soundcraft Corporation won an Academy Award in 1953 for their development of a process of applying stripes of magnetic oxide to motion picture film for sound recording and reproduction.
