The Canadian releases were distributed, marketed... first by [l=Polydor Ltd. (2)], changed to [l=CBS Records Canada Ltd.] approximately 1978 and later on to [l=A&M Records Of Canada Limited]
The US distribution changed to [l=CBS Records] approximately 1977/78, as can be seen by different cat# series then.
Label variations are known, so please provide images. Also describe in a clear way how to distinguish US and Canadian releases.
German distribution was run by [l=Ariola] in the beginning.
Lifesong ran out of steam and folded by 1983.
