Depending to the information from bsnpubs.com, the [l=International Award Series] was a division of [l=Keel Mfg. Corp.], created as a successor of the [l=Bravo! Records] label.
Indeed it was advertised as a subsidiary label of [l=Pickwick International, Inc.] in the early 60s Billboard magazine issues. Early versions mention the [l=Pickwick Sales Corp.]
So please denote the mentioned 'Record Company' as well as the label design, as there used to be two versions with different labels.
