Is a German record company founded on March 10,1950 as a joint venture between Telefunken AG and Decca Record Co. Ltd.
The company also operated two recording/mastering studios ( and ) as well as a vinyl manufacturing plant in Nortorf, near Kiel.
In 1983 the company was renamed to [l=TELDEC Schallplatten GmbH].
