Dreamscape

Legendary rave throughout the 1990s, first held 6 December 1991 at what would become known as the Sanctuary Music Arena. Originally founded and run by Murray Beetson (RIP) of [l=ESP Promotions] until his untimely death on 16th March 1996 as a result of a car accident. Beetson had been running nights at Milwaukees, Bedfordshire ([l=Fun House Promotions]) but sought a larger venue when the warehouse on Denbigh Leisure Park, Saxon Street, Milton Keynes came available.
After his death, management of Dreamscape would then pass to Steve Foster who had also been involved in its running with Beetson. The promoters [l=Slammin' Vinyl] were also briefly involved in managing events/merchandise. In its latter years, Jim Tang owned the ESP/Dreamscape name. A 20th Anniversary night was held in 2011 at the Roadmender, Northampton, with a reunion rave planned in 2014, but this fell through.
