American producer, songwriter, also known as a DJ, Program Director and Vice President of Programming at WDAS in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania in the 1960's. Also later Vice President of April/Blackwood Publishing (CBS). Founder of Arctic Record Company.
He worked with such artists as Barbara Mason, Soul Survivors, Honey And The Bees, and The Ambassadors. He passed in 2021
