Danny Cedrone (born June 20, 1920, Jamesville, New York, USA - died June 17, 1954, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA) was an American guitarist and bandleader. In 1951, he was hired as a session guitarist to play on the recording of "Rocket 88" by , considered to be one of the first rock and roll recordings. He continued his association with , recording with as a session musician on a number of occasions, including the hit "Rock Around the Clock" (1954). It is believed that he never joined Haley's band as he had his own group .
