Marcus Creed

Born April 19, 1951 in Eastbourne, Sussex (South England), moved to Germany in 1976 and worked as a coach and chorusmaster at the Deutsche Oper Berlin, then as pianist and conductor with various ensembles in Berlin, as leader of the RIAS-Kammerchor from 1987 to 2003. He was appointed artistic director of the in 2003. Since 1998, he is also Professor for choral conducting at the Hochschule für Musik Köln.
