Λευτέρης Παπαδόπουλος

Lefteris Papadopoulos, Greek lyricist, writer and journalist. Born 14 November 1935 in Athens, Greece.
He became involved with music in 1963. He has written the lyrics for about 1.200 songs and has collaborated with nearly all of the well-known musicians, composers and singers of his generation, namely [a=Mikis Theodorakis], [a=Σταύρος Ξαρχάκος], [a=Μάνος Λοΐζος], [a=Σταύρος Κουγιουμτζής], [a=Μίμης Πλέσσας], [a=Χρήστος Νικολόπουλος], [a=Στέλιος Καζαντζίδης], [a=Γρηγόρης Μπιθικώτσης], [a=Γιώργος Νταλάρας], [a=Μαρινέλλα], [a=Βίκυ Μοσχολιού] and others.
In the mid-1960s, he was appointed head of the PR office of [l=Μίνως Μάτσας & Υιός Α.Ε.] (the first ever in Greece for a record company), for six months only though.
