Real Name: Torsten Fenslau & Peter Zweier / Frank Fenslau & Peter Gräber
From 1989 to 1993 [a=Torsten Fenslau] and [a=Peter Zweier] were the producers of [a=Culture Beat]. After the death of [a=Torsten Fenslau] in 1993, his brother [a=Frank Fenslau] decided to continue the project together with [a=Peter Gräber].
Culture Beat worked with several vocalists over the years:
[a=Lana E.] from 1989 to 1993
[a=Tania Evans] from 1993 to 1998
[a=Jay Supreme] from 1990 to 1998
[a=Kim Sanders] from 1998 to 1999
and [a=Jackie Sangster], who joined Culture Beat in 2001.
The Supreme/Evans collaboration was the most successful, as most of their greatest hits are to be found in that period: "Mr. Vain", "Inside Out", "Take Me Away" and "Walk The Same Line".
