Robin Batteau

American violinist, guitarist and singer-songwriter. Born on 1948-01-12 in Boston, Massachusetts, USA. Older brother of singer songwriter David Batteau. Robin Batteau is a Harvard educated commercial jingle writer who began his recording career supporting Tom Rush. Following the release of his John Parker Compton collaboration in 1970 and a pair of Pierce Arrow albums on Columbia in the mid-1970s, he and fellow band member David Buskin teamed up to form Buskin & Batteau.
