Worked as a mastering, lacquer cutting, electroplating and pressing engineer at . Also worked as a photographer.

Initially worked doing the lacquer mastering, before learning the electroplating process and setting up the presses. He continued to do the mastering up until the the time Nimbus developed their laser mastering system for CDs.

Can be identified by an etched/stamped "GR" in the runouts of records cut/pressed at Nimbus.
