Established himself with radio work - The Shell Show in 1947, then 3AW & ABC, and 3XY in 1949. Went to London in 1950s where he worked as a duo with his wife as well as both appearing as solo acts. Reg also sang with Gwen Campbell & Petula Clark and the Ray Ellington Quartet and in concert with Ted Heath & Geraldo. Returned to Australia in mid-1954. Father of , aka .
