Luke Gordon

Luke began his career at the Miloco group of studios as a sound engineer, programmer, mixer and finally producer working with the likes of Goldfrapp, The Cure, Coldcutt, Roots Manuva and UNKLE.

Luke has also released 4 commercial albums to date as the artist “Spacer” to much critical acclaim. He was co-composer for a ground breaking orchestral/electronic live performance group called The Orchestra who entertained audiences around Europe from The Royal Festival Hall to the North Sea Jazz festival from 2000 – 2004.

Over the last 5 years, Luke has composed music for numerous television series, titles and documentaries including the Natural World series, Dispatches, Freaky Eaters and The Naked Chef.

In the film world, Luke has worked with Mike Figgis and co-composed the feature film “3000 Miles” and television drama “Kali“ for Canal+.

Joining the Universal team in 2006, Luke and fellow composer Andrew Skeet have contributed to four albums so far, namely “Seriously Quirky” (CHAP328), “The Orchestra Plugged” (ATMOS 249), “Classical Remix” (BR481) and Create 04 (ATMOS 248).
