Patrick Forge

British DJ, broadcaster, and recording artist.

Originally from Ipswich, after moving to London and a stint working in Reckless Records on Berwick Street, Forge was one of the two DJ's that held residency at the influential London club Dingwalls (the other being Gilles Peterson) for the clubnight "Talkin' Loud And Saying Something".

He was also the only DJ still doing a show on Kiss FM in London from it's inception, 21 years earlier, with his last show being broadcast on Sunday 14 September 2008.

After originally doing a live act called Grupo Batuque with friend Smoke City earlier, they later realised they wanted to do a more studio-based project and the group Da Lata was started which had much success with the single "109794" (1998) and the album "109789" (2000).

After leaving Kiss FM, he initially moved to Okinawa, Japan. More recently he is again based in London, UK.
