Thomas Franzmann

German DJ and producer, co-founder of legendary minimal techno label Perlon. His main recording alias is The Moon & The Sun. Thomas started playing electronic-related music in the late 80's, as a member of the EBM band Bigod 20 (with Markus Nikolai and [url=http://www.discogs.com/artist/700545]Talla[/url]). At this time he first encountered minimal techno – label manager at Sire handed them a stack of promos to distribute on the US-tour, and one of them was 80701. This record dramatically influenced Franzmann, to the point that he stopped being a singer at the band and focused on electronic productions.
