Saunders King
American R&B and blues guitarist and singer, born 13 March 1909, died 31 August 2000.
In 1932 he joined the Southern Harmony Four and performed with them until 1940 while establishing himself as a singer in his own right, notably with Les Hite's orchestra. He first recorded under his own name for Rhythm in 1942.
