Real Name: Alexander Dubin

American Lyricist coming from a Russian Jewish emigrant family born June 10, 1891 in Zurich, Switzerland and died February 11, 1945 in New York City, New York. Best known for writing songs and soundtracks for theater and cinema, many of them paired with the composer Harry Warren.
Originally credited as "Alfred Dubin".
