Wildchild

Born 1971 in Southampton, England. In the early 90's, Roger "Wildchild" McKenzie was the acclaimed producer of the heavy sample-loaded "Wildtrax" series released through Loaded Records. In 1994 he started his own label [l=Dark Black Recordings], & in 1995 he released the ep [url=https://www.discogs.com/master/115425-Wildchild-Legends-of-the-Dark-Black-Part-2]Legends of the Dark Black Part 2[/url] featuring the highly influential track [url=https://www.discogs.com/master/115418-Wildchild-Renegade-Master]Renegade Master[/url]. These were quickly snapped up by Hi Life Recordings for commercial release; both the ep & 'Renegade Master' as a single, just before he died prematurely on Nov. 25, 1995.
