The assumed name "Jack U. Rebels" was (somewhat confusingly) credited as producer on several releases, including many of the early records on the seminal Frankfurt techno label Overdrive. In reality, it was a pseudonym for Andy Düx (Overdrive's label manager) and fellow producers Voyou, Nino Tielmann & Volker Weber.
When the latter three left Overdrive, the pseudonym ceased to exist.
