German progressive house producer and DJ, not to be confused with Joost van Bellen, an electro/house DJ from Holland. Van Bellen has released several club hits such as "Let me take you (on a journey" and "Pushing too hard" together with Wilfried Belz under the name Saints & Sinners on the Sounds Good imprint.
