山本百合子
Real Name: 山本ユリ子
Yamamoto Yuriko. Japanese voice actor, actress, singer, narrator, born 1960 in Tokyo.
She made her debut as a singer at the age of 16 while studying performing arts at Horikoshi High School.
Her fellow idols included Pink Lady.
She debuted on April 25, 1976 with "Ikujinashi" from Teichiku Records. Including this, she released a total of three records.
Her first TV drama appearance was in 1977 on the TBS affiliate program "Hikaru Gake."
She also worked as an assistant on NHK General TV's "Ultra Eye" and appeared on NHK Radio 1's "Oshaberi Kayokyoku." Her agency as an idol was Roppongi Office. In October 1979, she played the lead role of Judith in "Magical Music Drama: Bartok's Bluebeard's Castle" by the theater experimental theater company Tenjo Sajiki at the Seibu Theater in Shibuya, Tokyo, and performed with fellow Tenjo Sajiki members Takahashi Hitomi and Mikami Hiroshi.
In 1980, she sang the insert songs "Kono Hoshi no Ue de" and "Ai wa Maboroshi" for the anime film "Cyborg 009 Super Galaxy Legend," which marked her first contact with the anime industry.
The following year, in 1981, she made her voice acting debut in "Hello! Sandybell" (as Sandybell).
