Edek Bartz

Austrian musician, artist, curator and concert promoter,
He was born 1946 1946 in Karaganda, Kasachstan as child of Jewish WWII refugee camp survivors. Moved to Vienna in 1958.
Part of the Yiddish song project [a=Geduldig und Thimann], the New Wave duo together with , with whom he also organized the avantgarde festival "Töne - Gegentöne" from 1983 to 1991, director of the "Viennafair" art fair and lecturer for industrial design at the Vienna University.
