Neil Carter

Worked as the second shift (i.e. night shift) engineer at [l=The Lacquer Channel Limited].
His cutting etch used his initials [i]nc[/i] but they can be misinterpreted as [i]OC[/i] or [i]JC[/i]. Early in his career his etch was sometimes just [i]n.[/i] which can misinterpreted as [i]?[/i] when read vertically instead of horizontally.
