Real Name: 村上 寛 (Murakami Hiroshi)
Japanese jazz drummer. Born in Tokyo on March 14, 1948. He started his career in 1967 in Takehiro Honda's trio, before also playing in groups with Masabumi Kikuchi and Sadao Watanabe. In 1978 he founded the popular jazz fusion group Native Sons Productions with Honda and Kohsuke Mine.
