Otoya Sakuma

Japanese musician/designer, born on December 2nd, 1971. Son of Masahide Sakuma.
He started his music career working as an assistant engineer at Dog House Studio. However, because he felt like he was seen as "riding his father's coattails", he put that career on hold to pursue another in design instead. When he was 25, he decided to resume his music career, and by the 2000s was already in a few bands, such as [url=https://www.discogs.com/artist/8748079-%E3%83%95%E3%82%A9%E3%83%BC%E3%83%81%E3%83%A5%E3%83%B3%E3%82%81%E3%81%8C%E3%81%AD]Fortune Megane[/url] and Unsuspected Monogram.
For a time (from 2013 onwards), he was working under the name Flipnote Sound with percussionist Takeshi Yanagimoto and keyboardist Atsushi Hirano.
