Félix Faecq

Belgian businessman and music publisher who played an important role in the development of the Belgian Jazz-scene.
Specially when he founded - alongside [a=jacques kluger] - the "[l=jazz club (2)] of Belgium". He was also in the same period A&R chief of [l=decca], Belgium.
After WW II, he opened with Jacques Kluger the "Victory Club" in Brussels and launched their record label. Later they founded the label.
