Koen(ie) van Immerseel, better known as Koenie (pronounced ˈku:ni), is a Belgian (ex-)DJ, (ex-)producer, (ex-)record label manager and owner of the Wally's Groove World label. That's also the name of his record shop in Antwerp, Belgium, which he'd started in 1997 in the basement of the USA Import store in Antwerp, where Koenie had been working from 1985 onwards. Born in 1968 as the son of an artist father.
