Real Name: Manuel Francisco Sampedro De Victoria
Born 1949 in West Virginia and raised in Detroit, later moved to California. He joined Crazy Horse in 1975, following the death in 1972 of Danny Whitten. Plays as rhythm guitarist and keyboards. Often listed with variations of 'Pancho' and 'Poncho' in his name.
