Italian mastering and lacquer cutting engineering. Head of technical maintenance and cutting vinyl records at RCA Studios, Rome, Via Tiburtina.
Retired around the time when RCA S.P.A. morphed into BMG Ariola S.p.A..
His lacquer cuts can be identified by an:
- etched PM (in combination with an RCA Italiana identifier such as BKAY, JKAS, etc. Example: JKAS 33207 1S PM - 1 A 1).
- etched Piero (or PIERO)

Notes:
"P Δ" is not a confirmed Mannucci identifier.
Do not add a studio unless explicitly credited in the runouts.
