Hot Butter was an American instrumental group fronted by Moog synthesizer player , known for their cover of the song 'Popcorn'. The Hot Butter version of the song was a global hit and was the first "successful" version of the song. Stan Free was previously in where he also had re-performed the song Popcorn before the Hot Butter version.
