Real Name: Kenneth Shensky Sands

Kenny "Ken" Sands (b. Oct 1047, d. May 2021) was hired by Motown Records in 1967 to edit rhythm tracks for Motown’s recording sessions. He would later become a key figure in recording, mixing and mastering countless records
In particular, he is credited with configuring the famous double lead vocal layering technique used in 170699, a technique that Sands cited as a mistake in the early editing process.
