Bionic was Rachel & Paul aka Candy Girls.

Paul Masterson formed Bionic with Rachel Auburn and recorded Kusadi in 1997/8 as a potential follow up to the Candy Girls.
The label didn’t go for it so Bionic just pressed a limited number themselves.
