Horace Andy (born Horace Keith Hinds, February 19, 1951, Kingston, Jamaica), is a roots reggae songwriter and singer, best known for his distinctive vocals. After having recorded for many Jamaican producers and labels through the 1970's and 1980's ([l=Studio One], [a=Bunny lee], [a=Phil Pratt], [a=Derrick Harriott], [a=Keith Hudson], , [a=Tapper Zukie], , , ...), he became known by the mainstream public with his collaborations with Bristol's trip hop band [a=Massive Attack].
Cousin of [a=Justin Hinds], he was renamed by , a reference to [a=Bob Andy]. His second wife was [a=Caroline Williams (2)]. They split up soon after the release of [m=32618].
