Cicely Balston

UK mastering and cutting engineer.
Cicely worked at Spitfire Audio while taking on freelance engagements at the The Guildhall School Of Music & Drama. In 2013 she began mastering at Gearbox Records, while studying for the Tonmeister qualification at the University of Surrey. In February 2016, Cicely started working at Air Lyndhurst Studios. She joined Alchemy Mastering when it was acquired by Air Mastering, in August 2020.
Cicely was shortlisted for the MPG / Music Producers Guide’s 'Mastering Engineer of the Year' 2021.
