Jimmy Haynes

Jimmy "Senyah" Haynes, lead Guitarist with Aswad and Steel Pulse. Reggae producer.
Birth name Cecil Alexander Haynes. Born in Barbados. First Barbadian to win a Grammy award for a range of artists and was credited by Jimmy Cliff.
In 70s he replaced Eddy Grant in the Equals during Eddy's illness. Eddy helped to produce Jimmy's first album "Space Cadet" in Nigeria. Jimmy continued to work in Nigeria releasing "Weakness For Your Sweetness" in 1980. Later relocated to UK and released "Fire It Up" in 1991.
