Momoe Shimano

Momoe Shimano (aka Moét) or 嶋野百恵 (in Japanese), as she likes to refer to herself most of the time on releases, is a lesser known artist from the land of the rising sun.
In Japan a single "Hot Glamour" was quite a big hit, with Bluey from Incognito doing a lovely version which featured support from several international DJ's.
Most of her output however falls mostly in the mainstream R&B vein, much like the better known Japanese artist, Misia.
